alQaws launches revamped website with new content and design

alQaws for Sexual and Gender Diversity in Palestinian Society proudly announces the launch of our revamped website, which introduces new Arabic and English content and design, and seeks outside feedback.

Our redesigned website is an innovative platform for expressing our vision and sharing our agenda, ongoing projects, and worldviews on sexual and gender diversity issues. The site provides outsiders with an additional access point to alQaws, allowing us to more comprehensively communicate our work’s local, cultural, and political contexts.

The new website features resources, articles, and videos, as well as a continual, periodic presentation of alQaws’s diverse movement organizing activities in Palestine. Informative, education materials include, for instance, a collaboratively-produced, locally-derived sexual and gender diversity Arabic glossary, uniquely informed by our decade’s field experience within Palestinian society. Additionally, an Arabic Frequently Asked Questions column provides answers to the most common questions posed to us.

Our new online platform is still growing; for instance, we are working to further enrich the site’s English language content. Thus, we eagerly seek outside feedback on our website’s design, content, and user experience, and would be delighted to hear from you. Please send questions, reactions, and/or construction criticism that lets us know what you think we can improve to enrich the website.
